Everything You Need to Start Growing Mushrooms at Home

An easy, all-in-one setup for growing mushrooms at home—no extra tools or fancy equipment needed.

This kit comes with everything you need to get started, including a 2lb sterilized milo/sorghum grain bag and 4lb of our Simple CVG Substrate. Our monotub features custom-fit liners, locking clips, and high-flow filters—making it easy to maintain the right balance of fresh air and humidity. When your grow is done, clean-up is as simple as lifting out the liner and tossing it away.

Great product. Very good pricing with high quality here at Mycologysimplified. I am very glad i found this company. As always the packaging couldnt be better. Double baged and vacume sealed. I inoculated the bag 3 days ago and mycelium has started. I will keep you posted with the substrate i get for this bag

This is the best presentation I have seen for any spawn bag ive tried and ive tried quite a few. Pristine double bagged /vacuum sealed/bubble wrapped and the bags patches/ports are top quality. The grains appear to also be top tier and the bags have not lost seel at all. I just got them so i cant confirm the speed of colonization yet but from my experience this i couldnt be less worried about it. You get what you pay for.

I have to say, I dont know how the packaging could be any better. I noticed mycilium growth starting within just 2 days. So far so good. I highly recommend this product. The spore i am using is a “dung” loving mushroom and it is doing just as good, if not better with this Mycology Simplified Simple Subtrate.
