    Got directions and a video

Ok, my bad, turns out, there is a right way to do this. ( I was doing it wrong) Received directions and a video. Besides that, I have to award these people for rising Above and Beyond the call of duty with helping me when I approached them just before memorial weekend at the last minute. Communication was outstanding and helped me out with a couple of goodies. Polite, Friendly and Knowledgeable.
THANKS so much folks, you're the best!!!
PS. My biopsie transfers were poppin.. Fast, in less than 24 hours!!

    Peter,
Im sorry you are having issues with the product, but fortunately every scalpel handle works the same. What works well is to just install the blade while it is in the package, as long as you are using the correct sized blades it is extremely easy to use. For removal you do the same thing, slide the blade into the original packaging and gently press the tab to release the blade. If someone managed to slice a tendon then they are trying to put the wrong size blade, have a defective handle or probably should not be using sharp objects! lol
A #7 handle will always be the same length also, that is standard thought the industry.
I think you may be needing a #3 scalpel handle, they are shorter, wider and have some thumb grooves for better grip.

In the future please reach out and I would be happy to show you how to use it correctly and easily. That way you get quality help and don't have to leave bad review until you have a product with an issue. It is always advisable to try and contact a seller for assistance first so we may help.
I will email you a short video of how to easily install and remove a blade.

For others with trouble removing blades check out this blade remover on Amazon.
