Quick Start Guide

• Inspect: Ensure plates are intact and sealed before use.
• Open aseptically: Work in a sterile environment (glove box or flowhood).
• Inoculate: Transfer culture / Clone / swab / spore to the agar surface using sterile tools.
• Incubate: Store plates at 68–78°F until colonies appear.
• Seal & Label: Use Parafilm / Grafting Tape or similar to seal and label your cultures.
