Quick Start Guide
- Inspect: Ensure plates are intact and sealed before use.
- Open aseptically: Work in a sterile environment (glove box or flowhood).
- Inoculate: Transfer culture, clone, swab, or spores to the agar surface using sterile tools.
- Incubate: Place plates inverted at 68–78°F until colonies appear.
- Seal & Label: Use Parafilm, grafting tape, or similar to seal and label your cultures.

This was way better than a normal CVG! I usually pastuerize my own CVG but i had no coco coir left , so i just bought this substrste because i had spawn ready to go and this was the quickest way to get that going! The micelium grabbed hold much quicker with this substrate . I was very surprised and extremely happy. I would buy again
