Grain + Substrate = Best Results
Most growers combine colonized grain with substrate for:

1. Inject your grain using a sterile syringe
2. Let it colonize (10–18 days)
3. Mix with substrate and grow

Step	Instructions
1. Inspect	Ensure bag is sealed and injection port/filter are intact.
2. Inoculate	Clean port, inject 4–8 mL using sterile technique.
3. Shake	At 20–30% colonization, break up to spread growth.
4. Incubate	Store at 70–75°F in clean space. Most bags finish in 10–18 days.
5. Use or Store	Once fully colonized, use immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks before transferring to bulk substrate.

• Store between 45°F and 70°F
• Use as soon as possible for best performance
