We do our best to provide customers with opportunities to earn and redeem points on future orders. Redeemed points and promotional discounts are valid on most products; however, certain items are excluded due to limited margins, manufacturer restrictions, or existing promotional pricing.

Discount & Reward Exclusions

Points, discount codes, and automatic discounts do not apply to:

• Products already marked down or on sale
• Clothing & Apparel Items
• Artwork
• PYREX® Brand Media Bottles
• Lab Particulate & Contaminant Meters

Mycology Simplified reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Myco Points program, discount codes, automatic discounts, eligible products, earning rates, redemption values, and program terms at any time without prior notice.

Additional Terms

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or refunds.
• Points may not be transferred between customer accounts.
• Points are earned only on eligible purchases and may not be awarded on taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, or other excluded products.
• If an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, any points earned from that order may be removed from the account.
• Mycology Simplified reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of system errors, abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program.
• Only one discount, promotion, or reward may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
• Reward discounts may not be combined with certain sales, promotions, automatic discounts, or coupon codes.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their account. Mycology Simplified is not responsible for lost rewards resulting from account access issues.
• Points and rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed due to processing or technical issues.
• Abuse of the rewards program, including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, may result in forfeiture of points and removal from the program.
• Mycology Simplified reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without notice.
• Mycology Simplified reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke rewards, discounts, or points if they were issued due to a system error, pricing error, or technical malfunction.

Points earned through promotional events, bonus offers, referrals, or special campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
